Steves Aussie Adventure Rig
CNC Marine 4810BA
Steve came to us with a clear goal — a tough, reliable boat built to handle the rough roads and epic fishing spots he planned to explore all around Australia. Knowing the journey would be no walk in the park, we accepted the challenge and worked hard to get his custom build ready in a tight timeframe.
The result? A rugged, fully TIG-welded plate boat with plenty of storage for gear, and a durable trailer to match. Steve had the boat fitted out in no time and was packed up and ready to roll within a few weeks.
Steve’s boat has now completed half a lap and is currently on the water in WA.
Built to last the miles and deliver on every fishing trip.

4810BA
The 4810BA (Barra) is a well-rounded sportfishing platform built for inshore runs and island-hopping missions. Based on the popular 4210BA, it’s been stretched and stabilised to deliver a more spacious and capable ride. Measuring 5.3m in overall length with a 15° transom deadrise, it strikes a solid balance between deck room, stability, and rough water performance. Constructed from tough 4mm 5083 marine-grade aluminium, the hull can be configured in several ways — from open tiller steer to side console or full casting deck layouts. High reverse chines help it track confidently through chop and swell, and the self-draining deck (with screw-in bungs) allows the hull to sit low in the water, keeping the boat light and responsive underfoot.
